Fall Photography Workshop and Cabin Trip

Departure Time: October 27th, 2018 - 8AM - Pick up at Laurier Metro Station

Return: October 28th, 2018 - 5PM in Montreal - Drop off at Laurier Metro Station

Here is what you're going to need if you want to participate and do some learning:

- A camera (DSLR/Mirrorless/Film Camera is good too!) 📷

- All of the lenses that you have - a wide-angle lens is ideal for landscape and astrophotography - that means something that is 24mm or wider that has a low aperture. You can rent these at Lozeau, Photo Service, or Lou-Cam. Two great rental spots in Montreal! 🔭

- A sturdy tripod if you have one

- Hand warmers - I will bring some but I'm not sure I can provide enough of them for everyone 🔥

- Make sure to bring warm clothes and gloves since it will be fairly cold and we will be outside quite a bit :)

What does it include?

1) A 30 minute preparation session before the trip. This can either be in person or on YouTube Live, depending on preferences!

This will go over:

- What to bring to stay warm and comfortable

- What gear you'll want to bring with you so that you can fully participate in the workshop where I will give lessons on how to take better portraits, better landscapes, and weather-permitting, how to capture the stars in the night sky.

2) Transportation to and from the cabin. I will be renting an SUV with space for 7 people, myself included. That means that the trip will have a MAXIMUM of 7 participants.

3) Accommodations in a beautiful chalet in Islet, Quebec that sits right on the shores of the Fleuve St-Laurent.

4) The Workshop.

 5) Drop off at one major metro station in Montreal.

Thanks all! Looking forward to this. Please contact me here or on Facebook for ANY questions or comments you have!
